BRAD ARNOLD, Director of Bands

​

Brad Arnold, a Macomb County native, received his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education degree from Michigan State University. He has been a performer with area concert bands, symphony orchestras, brass bands, jazz bands, and chamber groups. He is currently a frequent guest section trumpet in the Saginaw Bay Symphony Orchestra, a founding member and first trumpet in the brass quintet Macomb Brassworks, co-principal trumpet of the Southeast Michigan Wind Ensemble, and trumpet/flugelhorn player for the Metro-Detroit Indie-Pop Band "If Walls Could Talk" and can be heard on their 2022 album "Press Start."

Currently in his first year of teaching instrumental music in Utica Community Schools, Mr. Arnold serves as the director of the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble, and Marching Eagles at Eisenhower High School. 

​

Before his time at Eisenhower, Mr. Arnold taught band at Lake Shore Public Schools in St. Clair Shores, MI, Perry High School & Perry Middle School in Perry, MI, and served as intern band teacher at Anchor Bay High School in Fair Haven, Michigan.
